Testing before publishing
A recipe is intended for publication only after its method, timing, yield, and practical notes have been documented in a real kitchen test.
About Sage & Sesame
Sage & Sesame is a plant-based recipe site. We are currently rebuilding the recipe collection around documented testing, clear instructions, and accurate recipe details before individual pages are made public.
Editorial standard
Every public recipe should be useful on its own: it should explain the method, identify practical choices and limitations, and match the ingredients, times, images, and structured data shown to readers.
A recipe is intended for publication only after its method, timing, yield, and practical notes have been documented in a real kitchen test.
Published recipes should use an image that represents the finished dish and whose source or licence can be recorded.
Ingredient quantities, instructions, substitutions, and nutrition information are reviewed before a recipe is made public and when it is materially updated.
Recipes remain private while they are reviewed. When a recipe is ready, its page will show the specific ingredients, instructions, author information, and any relevant testing or update notes for that recipe.
